Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband, son-in-law Shelton Raybon, a grandson Jeffery Studt, a great granddaughter J.Studt, a sister and brother-in-law Donna and Verle Peterson, two brothers John and George Quillin, and in-law’s Wilma Kraft and Edna and Burdette Hamer.Wayne moved to Las Vegas in 1962 with his young family for a two year job with REECO at the Nevada Test Site as an electrical engineer. After retiring, he became very active volunteering with Faith Lutheran Middle School and High School, and Faith Lutheran Thrift Store.Wayne was a member of Mountain View Lutheran Church, for over 50 years, where he took care of the lawns, did maintenance, special projects, and held various positions on the church council.She attended Dorman Country School north of Kennebec through the eighth grade and then Kennebec High School.During high school, Della boarded in Kennebec and worked at various jobs around town.
Gratefully sharing in her life is her four children Dan (Merry) of Des Moines, IA, Greg (Debra) of Gillette, WY, Susan (Doug) Wittenhagen of Holdrege, NE and Mike (Michelle) of S.Wayne was the loving husband of the late Beverly A. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Clifford (Lola) Hall, Oris (Carol) Hall, and Alvin Hall. Cosgrove was born April 24, 1946 at Chamberlain to Royal Cosgrove and Naomi (Ocheltree) Cosgrove. They returned to the Reliance, SD area where they farmed and ranched. He loved sharing his faith with others and attended the Assembly of God Church.Wayne is survived by his son, Rod (Victoria) Hall; daughters, Rhonda (Brad) Veile and Marva (Jack) Putnam; brother Orville (Nila) Hall; and grandchildren, Sam Veile, Terry Veile, Jessica Hall, Keith Hall, Ryan Putnam, and Jake Putnam, and three great-grandchildren. Cosgrove, 72, of Reliance, SD were held at pm Saturday, May 5, 2018 at the Water of Life Assembly of God Church in Chamberlain. He attended Cooper Country School and graduated in 1964 from Reliance High School. The foundation of his life was the love of his Lord, his family, and especially his wife Carolyn, who not only did he traverse his life with but the continental United States twice on bicycle.After serving in the Army during the Korean War, he married Beverly A.Schaunaman in 1958 and graduated from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in 1960.
